Microlink Consultation

Service Description

Microlink Installs require a consultation 1-2 days prior to the installation appointment. This consultation allows you to meet with me in person to discuss the process for Microlink Installs, set expectations for outcome, and maintence required. If possible, please have your natural hair visible for reference. Please be prepared to purchase or drop off bundles (2-3) for prepping prior to the installation appt. Consultation fee is separate from install pricing and covers shampoo/condition/blow dry and press of bundles.

Cancelation Policy

**STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY !** Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Your appointment will be confirmed 24 hours in advance as we completely understand how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. - Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. PayPal invoice for Cancellation fee must be paid prior to rescheduling. - A $25 late fee will be assessed 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Appointments delayed longer than 20 minutes will be cancelled. - DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If your appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to your appointment the deposit can be transferred to the new appointment. Appointment must be scheduled within the same month for deposit to be transferred. - "NO SHOWS" Deposit will be forfeited or 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged. **All future appointments will have to be paid in advance.**
